Hi. I am Tom.
I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho and my family has vacationed in Island Park for generations. So I grew up spending a lot of time over the years in Island Park – camping, fishing, boating, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles.
After graduating from Highland High School I attended both Idaho State University and the University of Idaho, where I graduated. After college I moved to Boise, met my wife, got married and soon after started my career in IT (Information Technology) at Micron Technology.
Fast Forward 27 years later. In 2019 I was offered an early retirement package from Micron, where I had worked for nearly 24 years. My wife and I saw this as our opportunity to move to Island Park, our longtime dream, and get out of the corporate game and city life. I accepted the offer and we quickly sold our house in Boise and moved to Island Park the day after my last day of work.
Alas, though! I am too young to retire so I decided to put my years of IT experience to work in the Island Park. Since arriving I have done several Smart Home WiFi camera and WiFi thermostat installs. However, I have evolved to doing more work creating Drone Video and 3D Tours for real estate… thanks to my wife being a real estate agent in Island Park.
Presently I only do smart home cameras and thermostats on a limited basis and generally for Real Estate and Property Management clients. I am willing to at least consult and offer whatever guidance I can offer, if nothing else. Give me a call, 208-866-9073.
